Every order on a map, and the handful of states that pay the bills
Each shipping address is placed on the map as a marker coloured by status, with a heat layer that shows where the volume really is. Filter by status or period, or show only orders from reported buyers. Next to it, the state table ranks revenue and tells you which handful of states make up eighty percent of it, which is useful the next time you set shipping zones or decide where a second warehouse would pay off.
Buyer, items, tracking and risk on one panel
Open any order and the panel shows the buyer and their history with you, every line item grouped by listing, payment, the shipping service and tracking with the carrier's delivery confirmation, and a risk badge if the buyer is on the community blacklist. Print a packing list, text the buyer a confirmation, or re-sync the order from eBay without leaving the page.

Orders are pulled from eBay every ten minutes, and eBay's own notifications bring most of them in sooner. The dashboard, the map and the state statistics read from the same synced orders, so they agree with each other and with the orders list.
The first sync brings in the last 30 days. From then on every order is kept for as long as your account exists, line item by line item, so the day, week and month views can be stepped back as far as you have been on SafeBay.
No. It is a live operating dashboard: what sold, where, what shipped, what is late. For filings use eBay's own reports and 1099 documents, which are the records the tax authorities recognise.
Confirmation from the carrier, not a guess from the ship date. Shipped orders with a tracking number are checked against the carrier and only marked delivered when the carrier says so. The same tracking shows on the order with the service used.
Each shipping address is geocoded once and placed on the map as a marker coloured by status. The heat map layer stacks them so dense areas glow, and the state statistics count the same addresses to show which states carry most of your revenue.
