Basic and Pro start with 14 days free and no card: the plan is yours at once, and when the trial ends you pick a way to pay to keep it, or your account goes back to Free. Nothing is charged by surprise. Enterprise starts with 14 days free on a card, charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before. There is one trial per account and per eBay store.

The heavy AI work is paid for in credits: an AI listing costs 3 credits (writing, checking and the photo check of that listing are all included), and a photo edit, one background removal, costs 1. Replies to buyers and feedback, report drafts and the TV board use no credits on a paid plan. The Free plan has weekly counts instead: 4 AI listings, 7 buyer replies and 7 feedback replies a week.

On a paid plan you can buy more: 200 credits for $7.95, 1,000 credits for $29.95 or 5,000 credits for $119.95, by card or from your SafeBay wallet, or switch on pay-as-you-go, which takes 5¢ a credit from your wallet up to a limit you set for each billing period. A plan's own credits renew each billing period and do not roll over; credits you buy never expire. On the Free plan the weekly counts come back every Monday, and Free cannot buy credits.

Yes, from Billing in your account. An upgrade starts at once, with the new plan's credits. A move to a smaller plan starts when the period you already paid for ends. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of that period, then the account moves to the Free plan.

Yes, 16% or more on every paid plan. Billed yearly, Basic works out to $8.33 a month instead of $9.95, Pro to $50 instead of $59.95, and Enterprise to $500 instead of $599.95. The AI credits are the same each month either way.
