Since 2008 eBay sellers can’t leave buyers negative feedback, so a buyer who files false “not received” claims moves from store to store. SafeBay marks their orders the moment they arrive: how many sellers reported them, and whether you blocked them yourself.

Photo Studio takes the background away, centres the part on white with a soft shadow, and adds your brand: your logo, faint marks across the middle and a caption band. Every photo of every listing comes out the same, without opening an editor.

Questions
Where can I get the Android app?
On Google Play, free to install, in the US and Canada. It needs Android 10 or newer.
Do I need a SafeBay account?
Yes, and an eBay seller account to connect to it. You make the SafeBay account on safebay.store, then sign in to the app with your email or Google. You connect eBay on eBay’s own page, so SafeBay never sees your eBay password.
Is the app free?
The app is free and works on SafeBay’s free plan: orders, packing, messages, risky buyers and the blacklist. The paid plans marked on this page add photo cleanup and more AI listings (Basic), the brand kit and automatic AI replies (Pro), and the Parts Locator (Enterprise).
Does Photo Studio change the photos I already have?
No. SafeBay keeps every photo clean and draws the logo, marks and caption only on the copies it sends to eBay. Switch the brand kit off for a listing and eBay gets the clean photos.
Is it the same SafeBay as the website?
Yes. The app and safebay.store share one account: a block, a reply or a relist plan made on one shows on the other.
