Strong evidence of fraudulent part switching: buyer returned a non-branded part claiming it was defective, when seller's parts are logo-marked, and buyer refused replacement which would expose the fraud.
Buyer initiated return for defective item (broken latch). Buyer did provide pictures with their broken bracket - without our logo. All our parts are logo-marked. Seller accused buyer of switching parts and as an evidence - buyer doesn't want a replacement. Currently we are the only seller who sells this part. So this is definitely a part switch.
